Book Summary
A boy named Ned buys a small fish named Otto from Mr. Carp's pet shop. Mr. Carp gives Ned a strict warning not to feed Otto too much. Ned doesn't listen and feeds Otto a lot, causing the fish to grow bigger and bigger. Otto outgrows his bowl, the bathtub, and even the house! Ned tries to find help, but Otto is too enormous.
