Book Summary
George is a dog who cannot bark. Instead, he makes the sounds of other animals like a cat, a duck, a pig, and a cow. His worried mother takes him to the vet. The vet reaches into George's mouth and pulls out each animal sound one by one. After each animal is removed, George barks. Finally, George barks normally, but then he says 'Hello!' The vet reaches into George's mouth one last time and pulls out George's mother!
