Book Summary

In the first book of the Calendar Mysteries series, Dink, Josh, and Ruth Rose are in Green Lawn for the annual Winter Carnival. A giant snowman sculpture, named Frosty, is built for the event, but someone keeps playing pranks on it, stealing its hat, nose, and buttons. The three friends, along with their new friend Bradley, decide to investigate who the 'January Joker' is. They follow clues, interview people, and eventually discover that the culprit is Bradley's younger brother, Sam, who was feeling lonely and wanted attention because Bradley was busy with the carnival.
