Book Summary
The Pigeon is overjoyed to find a delicious hot dog all to himself. However, a polite little Duckling soon appears and expresses interest in the hot dog. The Pigeon becomes increasingly anxious and protective, trying to keep the hot dog for himself. After a comical back-and-forth, the Duckling clarifies that he only wants to eat the hot dog from the other end. The Pigeon, surprised and relieved, agrees to share, and they both enjoy the hot dog together.
